Journaling One Thing a Day

I love journaling but I’m not very good at staying consistent with it. I buy a new cute journal, get excited about it, fill out the first few pages and then forget about it. So this year I’m going to keep it simple.

Also, many good things have happened to me this year. I got a big commission, I won an award and met Maryland’s governor, I spoke at a national museum, I got an awesome 2024 calendar printed, I got two solo shows and I got into QuiltCon. I wanted to say thank you to everyone that has supported me and my work this year so I created a daily journal with my Frederick quilts that you can print and keep track of that one thing every day that it is important to you.

That thing could be:

  • Today I’m grateful for...

  • One thing I achived today was...

  • My goal today is...

  • The one thing I want to do today is...

  • One idea I had today...

  • The best thing that happened today was...

  • One thing I learned today...

  • One person I met today...

  • What exercise I did today...

  • My mantra today is...

Fill out the form below to get your journal. It will open in a new window and you can hit File > Save to save the file to your computer.

Here’s to a happy 2024! 🥂
